また、世界人権宣言および「ビジネスと人権」に関する国内行動計画の趣旨を踏まえ、人権に関する意識向上のための教育・研修を継続的に実施するとともに、事業活動を通じて人権への負の影響の防止・軽減に努めます。

My Declaration of Human Rights
FabU Inc. hereby declares its commitment to respecting the dignity and rights inherent to every person, and to contributing to a society in which no one is subject to discrimination or unjust treatment.
We respect the human rights of all our employees, business partners, and customers, regardless of gender, age, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or gender identity, and we promote a workplace environment and business activities that embrace diverse values.
In line with the spirit of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and Japan’s National Action Plan on Business and Human Rights, we will continuously provide education and training to raise awareness of human rights, and strive to prevent and mitigate any adverse impact on human rights through our business activities.
We hereby declare that we position respect for human rights as one of our key management priorities, and that we will continue to be a company trusted by society.
